My passion for baking started as a small child when I watched my dad bake cheesecake and perfect his passion as a gourmet chef in his spare time.
That same passion was reignited when I baked for my small children and learned to make empanadas from Argentina with my mother-in-law.
For the last three decades while working in corporate America, I knew there was something missing. Although I love my job and am grateful for my career, nothing fills my soul like seeing the joy of my family, friends, and community when enjoying my baked goods.
It is with this in mind and the encouragement of my kids and husband that Bock Bakery was created to bring my love for chemistry and delicious baked goods to you.
